全国で話題の半導体業界で30年以上半導体メーカーや半導体製造装置メーカーとのお取引を通じて実績を積んできた当社。

2024年10月、横浜市に関東オフィスを設置し事業の更なる拡大を目指していることから今回関東オフィス増員のため新しい仲間を募集いたします。

半導体業界やエンジニア業界、人材業界の営業経験は問いません。

なにかしらの営業経験があれば業界の事はしっかりと教育しますのでご安心ください

  • 主な仕事内容として・・・

・半導体メーカー、半導体製造装置メーカー等への営業

・エンジニアの採用

・社員(エンジニア)管理、業務進捗管理

となります。

配属部署は「事業開発部」となりますので今後新たな事業も一緒に考えていけたらと思っています。

【働きやすい環境】

土日祝休みの完全週休2日制で年間休日は123日(2025年)。

有給休暇も取得しやすい環境です。

また月平均残業も20時間以内でメリハリをつけて働けます。

  • 一日の流れ

09:00 出勤、ミーティング、メールチェック

10:00 採用面接

12:00 ランチ

13:00 既存顧客訪問

16:00 事務所へ戻り資料作成、本社とのミーティング、事務作業

18:00 退勤

※営業範囲は北は北海道から西は東海までとなり、頻度は低いですが1日~数日程度の出張もあります。

出張の際は別途出張手当も支給します。

・半導体業界での業務経験

・採用人事の業務経験

「事業開発部」のメンバーは20代~40代前半で上下関係も全くなく定期的にミーティングを行って皆で意見を出し合っています。

また本社との風通しも良くお互いにサポートしながら仕事をしていますので安心してください。

【必須条件】

・PC(Excel、Word、PowerPoint等)の使用経験

【歓迎条件】

・営業経験1年以上

・人材派遣、人材紹介業界での営業経験

・採用関係の経験

・請負リーダーなどの管理経験

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

【勤務時間】9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

※月の残業時間:15~20時間程度

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万7000円 〜 30万1000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※営業で良くある固定残業代はなく、時間外手当は100%支給します

※上記月給は最低保証額です。

経験やスキルによって給与を決定します。
