仕事内容:

社会保険労務士 1・2号業務を中心に、顧問先対応まで幅広くお任せします。

■入社・退社時の社会保険・雇用保険手続

■給与計算業務

■労災保険・健康保険の給付申請手続き

■助成金申請手続等の人事・労務に関する事務

■顧問先からの人事・労務相談対応

■就業規則の作成・見直し

■コンサルティング業務(経験・希望に応じて段階的に)

※ある程度慣れてきた後は、担当顧問先を持ち、裁量をもって業務を進めていただきます。

快適なオフィスビルの6階にあり、相談しやすく、チームで協力しながら働ける居心地の良い職場です。

<入社後の流れ>

■入社~約3か月

既存顧問先や業務フローの把握からスタート。

給与計算・社会保険手続きは、先輩スタッフが丁寧に引き継ぎ・サポートします。

■3か月~半年程度

業務に慣れてきたら、徐々に担当顧問先をお任せします。顧問先対応も、必要に応じて同行・相談しながら進められる環境です。

■その後のキャリア

将来的には、顧問先対応の中心メンバーやリーダー候補としての活躍を期待しています。

安定して長く働く道のほか、正社員として5年以上勤務後は独立支援制度の利用も可能です。

求める人材:

<必須>

■給与計算、社会保険・雇用保険手続き 2年以上の実務経験

■社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

■普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)※顧客先へ車で行っていただく事があります。

■ワード、エクセル等のPC基本操作ができる方

■学歴:大卒以上

■社会保険労務士資格あれば尚可

■社会保険労務士資格取得を目指して勉強中の方

■将来的に独立を考えている方

■リーダー・後輩指導経験のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 9時~18時(月~金)
  • 時間外労働あり(月平均17~20時間)

休暇・休日:

■完全週休2日制

■土曜・日曜・祝日

■有給休暇※正社員取得率90%以上

■GW休暇

■夏季休暇 (8月13日~15日)

■年末年始休暇(12月29日~1月3日)

■年間休日120日以上

■教育訓練休暇(職業能力の開発を目的とした教育訓練や検定、キャリアコンサルティング受講の際に、5年間に5日かつ1年間に5日可、有給)

勤務地:

  • 顧客に応じ近隣への日帰り出張の可能性あり
  • 屋内完全禁煙 当該ビル1階にある喫煙エリアにて喫煙可能

給与:

■昇給/年2回(4月・10月)
