【 仕事内容 】
・電話対応、来客対応、問い合わせ対応、宅配便の受け取り
・PCセットアップ(IT部門との連携)
・出張・会議・イベントの手配
・郵便物の仕分け、発送手配
・秘書業務(資料作成、コピー、シュレッダーなど)
・車両管理、携帯端末管理、勤怠ログのサポート
