仕事内容:

【業務内容】

・大手企業の全社DX・IT刷新プロジェクトにおいて、経営戦略とIT戦略を接続する役割を担っていただきます。

・既存業務・システム(基幹、周辺、データ基盤等)を横断的に可視化し、業務課題・構造的な非効率を整理。

・To-Be業務像、システム構成、投資計画を含む中期ITロードマップを策定。

・経営層・事業部門・IT部門を巻き込みながら合意形成を行い、実行フェーズへの橋渡しまでを担当します。

【希望スキル】

・IT戦略、DX推進、または業務改革プロジェクト経験

・業務分析、システム構成整理、経営層向け資料作成スキル
