仕事内容:
・高崎市周辺の住宅、工場(車・食品関連など)や施設(学校、福祉施設など)から連絡を受けて、エアコンや水回りの修理(職人さん手配)や定期点検を行います。
・入社から1年間程度、先輩に同行して一から勉強できるので、未経験でも安心です。期間工や居酒屋出身の先輩が活躍中です。
・外まわりの仕事ですので単純連続作業が苦⼿な⽅にぴったりです。
・また、拘束されず⾃分のペースで仕事が⾏えます。

8:00:現場にて朝会 ※直行あり
8:30:工事の進行状況のチェック、工事会社・職人さんとのスケジュール調整
10:00:休憩、約20分間
12:00:ランチタイム
13:00:工事再開、現場で図面や工事申請書を作成する日も。
15:00:休憩、約20分間
17:00:現場作業の終了、ピーク時は残業もあります
18:00~20:00:翌日の準備をして退社 ※平均残業時間は約1時間15分です

入社1カ月目:社会人、メンテナンス技術者としての基本を丁寧に学びます。
6か月~1年目:一人ひとりにインストラクターが付き、仕事やその他何でも相談に乗ります。
3年目~:現場の管理者として独り立ち。小規模の現場管理を担当。仕事も任され、給与もアップ
8~10年目:管理職として、3~5名の部下を育てます。部下と一緒に、様々な物件を幅広く担当。
