レッドブルスチューデントマーケティアはブランドと製品のアンバサダーとして、世界中で最も精力的に活躍できるプログラムの一つです。彼らはレッドブルのターゲットグループを理解し、キャンパスと担当エリアで正しくブランドイメージと製品理解を広めていきます。今回募集するのは、スチューデントマーケティアの中でも、大学キャンパスでのマーケティングにフォーカスするポジションです。レッドブルの認知度を上げ、ブランドファンを増やすための大学キャンパスでの施策を企画、実行し、学生たちを巻き込みながら記憶に残るブランド体験を提供する事で、レッドブルのブランドとビジネスに貢献します。

BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR
プレミアムなブランド及び製品のアンバサダーとして、日々の消費者とのやりとりを通じ、会社の価値とブランドの個性を体現します。
適切な場所とタイミングで消費者にサンプリングし、レッドブルの認知と未来の消費につながる飲用を高めることでファンを増やしていきます。又、消費者からのいかなる質問に対しても正しく回答します。
大学生活にブランドが自然にフィットするよう、各キャンパスにあう革新的なキャンパスプランを立て、それを実行し、より多くの学生を巻き込みます。
担当エリアのキーパーソンと深く強固な関係性を創り出します。
レッドブルにしかないコンテンツを通じてソーシャルメディア上でブランドとの繋がりを促進させます。
レッドブルイベントやサポートしているイベントでは、消費者にとって記憶に残るようなブランド経験してもらうためにサポートします。
BE A SALES EXPERT
セールスのエキスパートになりましょう。各店舗のスタッフと関係を構築、レッドブルを確実に大学キャンパスでいつでも目にし、手に取れるようにしていきます。
担当の大学キャンパスに限らず、セールスチームと協力し、新たな取り扱い場所を増やしていきます。
レッドブルの存在を消費者の心の中で高く維持する為に、親和性を考慮しながらレッドブルの世界観を最大限に店舗の中へ導入していきます。
レッドブルがより多く売れるお店にしていくために定義された店舗基準の完璧な実行を行います。
EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE

チームと定期的に対面やオンラインでの交流を通じて、アイデアを共有し、チームと協力して活動していきます。
専用のオンラインプラットフォームを通じて、随時アクティビティのプランやレポートを精度が高い内容で提出します。
担当業務を通じて見えてくるインサイトやトレンドを踏まえたアイデアなどを提供し、レッドブルのメディアビジネスの発展に貢献します。
