複数社でマーケティング経験のある事業部長直下だから、風通しがよくマーケターとして圧倒的に成長できます
サービス開始から8年を迎え、会員数260万人超えの業界屈指のマッチングサービスにて更なるグロースに向け、以下の業務をお任せしたいと考えております。

- 広告代理店折衝(ASA、DSP、アフィリエイト、リスティング広告など)
- 自社ASP開設に際し、マッチング系SEO,SNSメディアのリクルーティング業務
- インハウス広告運用(meta広告)
- 広告クリエイティブ作成
- など
【業務内容例】
- 媒体別広告予算に合わせた流入施策の実行
- インハウス運用媒体の運用・CR作成〜入稿、ネクストアクションの策定
- 流入周りのデータ分析と運用PDCA
- 代理店と日々の進捗確認、運用すり合わせ
- 月次で予実データに基づく媒体ごとの広告予算振分け(マネージャーと策定)

<必須条件>
- web広告媒体の運用経験2年以上(インハウス、代理店での経験は不問。toC,toB 不問。業界不問。目標達成のために貪欲に業務に取り組める方)
- ロジカルに現状課題の整理・解決策を考えられる方
- 責任感があり、素直なコミュニケーションが取れる方

- データドリブンで運用に関わる判断ができる
- アプリ商材の広告運用経験あり
- ハイクラス顧客に向けたサービスに関わった経験
- SQLの知識があり、簡易的なデータ抽出ができる(Chat GPT使用可)
- Google analytics、Adjust 、Google Looker studio 等の利用経験あり
- CR作成ツールが利用経験ある方
- 国内向けサービスのため、国内マーケットに対する理解がある方
- 成長意欲があり、目標達成にやりがいを感じていただける方
- トレンドに敏感な方・日頃からSNSをチェックしている方(※ミーハー大歓迎)
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間 月〜金曜日 10:00 - 19:00 (週休完全2日)

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,550〜¥139,450(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
昇給査定 年2回
