①受験生の進路指導

・目標設定・学習方法のアドバイス

・各種面談

②講師マネジメント

・研修・育成

・スケジュール管理

③テスト作成、生徒管理

【1日のスケジュール例】

13:00 出社

14:00 ミーティング

15:00 面談準備・事務作業

16:00 入塾面談

18:00 塾生面談

19:00 生徒対応・指導進捗チェック

22:00 退社

サービス残業を強いられる印象を

年間を通して講習がないため、

夏期・冬期の講習の準備や

ノルマなどが一切ございません。

また大学受験がメインのため

保護者様よりも生徒さん個人と
