【仕事内容】

未経験からでも始めやすいカンタンな業務からスタートできます♪
◆備品・設備の管理
備品の発注・在庫管理、会議室の整備など社内の環境整備をお任せします
◆社内文書・書類管理
郵便物の仕分けや、社内書類のファイリング・管理などコツコツ進める業務がメインです
◆データ入力・資料作成(Excel・Word使用)
社内向け資料の作成や、社員情報などのデータ入力をお願いします♪
◆来客・電話対応
受付での来客対応や、代表電話の取次ぎなど、丁寧な対応が求められます♪
◆社内イベントや健康診断のサポート
社員の福利厚生に関わる準備・手配なども行います

【研修内容】
ビジネスマナー・電話応対の基本研修
Excel・Wordの初歩研修あり
OJT形式で実務を覚えながらスムーズに成長できます
