仕事内容:
【業務内容】
木製ドア・建具・造作家具を販売するルート営業をメインにお任せします。直接お客様のニーズを聞き、商品を作り上げるお仕事です。
■お客様は販売店様・建設会社様・内装業者様などです。
■既存顧客からの継続受注を行っていただきます。経験を積むことで、工程管理、新規開拓、提案営業も行っていただきます。
■お客様のご要望等を伺い、イメージを形にしていくやりがいのあるお仕事です。
■創業当時から木製ドア・家具の販売を続けており、80年で培ったノウハウがあります。
【入社後の流れ】
最初は先輩との同行営業から行います。先輩の顧客を引き継ぐため、滞りなく業務を始められます。分からない部分は、仕事を進めながら解消していきます。

【既存顧客中心のルート営業】
