Senior Solutions Consultant - Pharmaceutical

Overview
YOKOGAWA supports the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry by delivering solutions that enhance regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and productivity. With increasing demand for total solutions, digital transformation (DX), and operational excellence, we are seeking a consultant with deep industry expertise to lead proposal activities and drive impactful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution proposals addressing customer challenges in digital transformation and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Utilize YOKOGAWA's solution portfolio—including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and QMS (Quality Management Systems)—to deliver differentiated and value-added proposals
• Share industry experience and knowledge with internal team members and guide their proposal efforts
• Provide feedback and advisory input during planning and enhancement of YOKOGAWA's solution packages
• Actively participate in external expert forums such as GAMP Japan Forum and Japan PDA (Electronic Records/Electronic Signatures Committee) to deepen expertise and disseminate insights within the organization
• Participate in YOKOGAWA's Global SME (Subject Matter Expert) Network training programs and contribute to the development of industry-specific sales strategies

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and guidelines
• Over 10 years of experience in implementing or operating pharmaceutical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, LIMS) (Please confirm if 10+ years is mandatory)
• Experience managing or implementing EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) projects (at least one project)
• Experience in pharmaceutical production planning (Please confirm if this refers to production planning process)
• Hands-on experience in system implementation from within an IT department at a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in company-wide IT infrastructure design and implementation
• Business-level English proficiency

• 各種団体 GAMP JAPAN FORUMや日本PDA(電子記録・電子署名委員会)等の外部団体活動を通じた専門知識習得に積極的に参加し、その知識を横河内へ展開し、組織全体のレベルを向上

また、グローバルSMEネットワーク(YOKOGAWAグループにいるSubject Matter Expertのネットワーク)での教育プログラムを受講し、業種営業戦略を立案していただきます。

・医薬品製造に関する法規制、ガイドラインの専門知識

・医薬品製造関連システム(MES、LIMS)の使用経験、導入プロジェクト経 験(10年以上)(※確認:10年以上は必須でしょうか?)

・EDMS導入経験、プロジェクト担当経験(1件以上)
