■業務内容

主にSimcenter 熱試験ソリューション(Simcenter Micredシリーズ)製品の技術営業職(プリセールスエンジニア)

  • 担当製品の紹介(顧客向けおよび代理店向け)
  • デモおよびベンチマーク
  • 顧客要求の収集および分析
  • グローバルチームとの情報共有、協調した提案活動
  • 販売促進用資料の整備
  • 担当製品の販売目標の達成またはシミュレーション全体目標の達成
  • 創出された案件のテクニカルクロージング(製品紹介、製品デモ、ベンチマークを経て顧客への技術見積もりの提示までを担当)
  • Simcenter Micred実験装置を使った実験計測準備、実験計測の実施、レポートの作成
  • Simcenter Micred実験装置の客先運搬指示、据え付け監督、動作確認、
  • 電子部品の接続、はんだづけ作業など

その他業務

・各自の活動/問題を毎週マネージャーに報告

・オポチュニティ創出のための営業部門、サービス部門/ポートフォリオ開発担当者への支援

・顧客のニーズを製品開発計画に反映させるためのグローバルチーム、マーケティング部門との連携

・会社が提供するトレーニングプログラムと自己啓発を受講することによる継続的なスキル向上

■応募資格(必須要件)

▼知識・経験

下記のいずれかの知識・経験がある方

1)学生時代に電気工学専攻の方

2)半導体業界での勤務経験がある方

3)熱流体シミュレーションの経験のある方

■応募資格(歓迎要件)

  • 技術コンサルタント、ソフトウェアベンダーでのプリセールス(and/or)製品サポート経験があれば尚可
  • シミュレーションツールの経験(STAR-CCM+, ANSYS Fluentなど)の経験があれば尚可
  • 熱管理の知識
  • 半導体に関する知識

■学歴

大学卒業以上が望ましい。

(短期大学・高等専門学校卒業は可。専修学校、高等学校卒業は不可)

■言語力

▼英語

・不問(ただし入社してからは英語に触れることになりますので、英語スキルを伸ばしたい方であることが条件です。会社でも研修サポートあります)

▼日本語

・日本語能力試験 N1以上

■勤務地

・品川オフィス (御殿山オフィス)

※在宅勤務可、顧客先(日本全国)訪問はございます

■待遇

・基本給年額:600~1,200万円(月額給与は12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)

・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり

・深夜勤務手当

・専門業務型裁量労働制(9:00~17:30 を標準労働時間帯とし、社員の裁量に委ねる)

・時間外労働:概念なし

年間休日:123日
