【仕事内容】
■福岡事務所の開設に伴い、営業所専任技術者として受注した案件の建築施工管理を現場代理人としてご担当頂きます。
【具体的には】
・携わる案件:ホテル・病院・福祉施設・保育園・注文住宅・事務所・工場・分譲住宅・集合住宅等
・工期=3ヶ月~12ヶ月がメインとなります。
・出張=基本的には自宅から通える距離での案件となるため、宿泊を伴う出張はございません。
また、現場へは直行直帰が可能です。
【年収について】
■60歳定年ではございますが、定年以降も職務内容やご活躍にお変わりがなければ年収維持が可能です。
また、70歳近くまで就業されている方もいらっしゃいますので、長期就業をご希望される場合には随時ご相談頂けます。

・1級建築施工管理技士 ・1級建築士
【給与】
万円
年収には、固定残業代(30時間/月)を含む。時間超過分は別途支給。
