仕事内容


塗装設備を扱う部門でのサービスエンジニアリング活動をご担当いただきます。

塗装設備:塗装ロボット、塗装装置、乾燥炉など(顧客要望の特注品)

営業先:自動車部品メーカー(バンパーやミラーなど)、住宅設備メーカー(トイレ、バスタブ)、スポーツ用品(テニスラケットなど)など様々

塗料ももちろんですが薬品(撥水加工)も塗布できるため上記のように様々な会社が顧客となります。

具体的には、以下の業務をお任せします

  • 塗装設備納入後の定期的な顧客フォロー
  • 顧客問い合わせの一次対応

問い合わせを受け、顧客先に訪問し、塗装設備における機械、電気的な現場診断、一次対応処理を行っていただきます。

  • 顧客対応後の報告書の作成、関連部署へのフィードバック対応
