Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to gather, understand, and document infrastructure requirements.
  • Effectively present, communicate, and position infrastructure services and capabilities to internal customers.
  • Act as Project Manager for designated domestic and regional infrastructure projects within the group, driving the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, and issues, in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and produce clear and concise status reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources and stakeholders across IT infrastructure, application teams, and business units to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
  • Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate and drive infrastructure-related activities, ensuring technical alignment and integration.
  • Create and maintain communication materials related to infrastructure activities for technical groups, supporting transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish steering committees as required and lead regular progress review meetings to strengthen governance and facilitate effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Business-level bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing project-related documentation and status reports.
  • Experience supporting governance structures such as steering committees.
