仕事内容:

大手不動産グループ(100社規模)におけるグループ全体のインフラシステム統合プロジェクトに参画いただくPMOポジションです。現在、大手SIerが中核となり中期計画策定フェーズを推進中。本格的な実行フェーズに向け、体制強化として弊社経由でのPMOメンバーを募集しています。

参画後は「事業調整グループ(事業各社との折衝・合意形成・進捗管理担当)」として、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

■ 業務内容

【担当ポジション:事業調整グループ(PMO)】

  • グループ各社(主要会社)への施策・方針説明
  • 説明資料・レポートの作成、役員層への提出
  • 子会社担当者との折衝、合意形成
  • 実行計画の策定・タスク洗い出し
  • 課題・進捗・リスク管理、会議体運営

  • 大手グループ全体に関わる中枢PJに参画
  • 企画・調整・構想レベルから実行まで一気通貫で携われる
  • コンサル経験を活かしつつ、IT×事業の視点でキャリアアップ可能

求める人材:

■ 必須スキル・経験

  • コンサルティングファーム出身(または同等レベルの支援経験)
  • 上流工程(IT施策立案、要件整理、戦略構想等)の実務経験
  • プライム企業の役員層との折衝経験
  • 資料作成スキル(役員報告レベルのドキュメントが作成可能)
  • 顧客対応力・ファシリテーション能力
  • 複数部署との合意形成やステークホルダーマネジメント経験

■ 歓迎スキル

  • インフラ領域に関する基礎的知識(NW、端末、認証など)
  • IT中期計画策定やITグランドデザインの支援経験
  • PMOとしての大規模プロジェクト支援経験(100社規模のグループ企業など)

※業務上、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力(会話・読解・文章作成)が必要です。

勤務時間・曜日:

原則自由
