「【キャンプ・スクール事業】BizOps(リーダー候補)」のポジションの求人です
まずはコンサルタントとして、以下の業務でご活躍いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■研修プログラムの企画・進行管理
研修納品チームと連携し、顧客の現場課題に合わせた研修内容を企画します。
ご自身で研修を実施いただくこともあります。
■関係者との連携促進
DX推進部門や研修に参加される現場部門、人事部など、関係者との対話を重ねます。
現場の声を次に繋げ、円滑なプロジェクト進行を支援します。
■現場起点での追加提案
研修の成果や受講者の声、お客様との対話から新たな課題を発見し、次の研修プログラムや対象部門の拡大を提案します。
現場の成功体験を、部署や組織全体の成功へと繋げていきます。
※実績を積んでいただいた後、将来的にはマネージャーとして、以下の業務をお任せします。
・チームのKPI(リピート受注額、重要人物との接点数など)達成に向けた戦術の立案と実行管理
・チームメンバーの採用、育成
・セールスチームと円滑に顧客情報を連携し、一貫した顧客体験を創出する仕組みの構築
【プロダクト・顧客に関して】
■プロダクト:独自のメソッドで開発したワークショップ(DXレディネス研修、AIレディネス研修など)を中心に、組織変革までの伴走や、大企業の役員に対するリバースメンタリングなどの新規ソリューションも含め、ユニークな手法で組織変革・業務変革を支援しています。
■顧客:大手企業を中心に、幅広い規模・業界の顧客が150社以上。主にDX推進部、人事部の方が商談相手となります。

■法人企業に対する提案営業のご経験(5年以上)
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1200 万円
経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
