1.これまでのキャリアステップ
製造・化学系メーカーでITに携わってきました。
振り返れば30年以上、同じ会社で技術職とマネジメントを続けてきた経歴があります。
キャリアの始まりはプログラマーでした。
その後、SEを経て管理職へとステップアップ。
後半はプロジェクトマネジメントを中心に、多様な案件を担当してきました。
2.会社との出会いと転職の決め手
会社統合のタイングで、進路を問われる状況となりました。
親会社へ戻る選択や大手企業への転職も紹介されましたが、自分の価値観に合う働き方を優先し、退職を選びました。
大企業は魅力的でしたが、根回しや複雑な段取りが多く、自分には規模感の小さい会社でスピード感をもって働く方が合っていると感じたのです。
知人の紹介でアルファストと縁がつながり、組織の動きが見えやすく裁量のある環境に期待して入社しました。
3.大切にしている理念やミッション
仕事で一番重視していることは、仲間との働き方です。
結果や数字だけでなく、日々のやり取りやチームの一体感を大切にしています。
簡潔に言うと「仲間と楽しく仕事をすること」が私の根幹です。
4.現在の仕事内容
シニアコンサルタントとしては、お客様の業務を丁寧にヒアリングし、IFSソリューションへの適合性を検討します。
適合しない部分があれば代替案や対応策を提示して、現場で運用できる形に落とし込みます。
PMOとしては、プロジェクト全体が円滑に進むよう、スケジュール調整や報告資料作成、原価・収支管理を担っています。
必要なスキルは幅広く、マネジメント力やコミュニケーション力、品質とコスト管理、ドキュメント化の技術が求められます。
5.難題の乗り越え方と克服法
お客様ごとに進め方や期待値が異なるため、相手の真意を正確に把握するまで時間がかかることがあります。
その結果、同じやり方が通用しない場面に直面することが多いです。
私は、計画とコミュニケーションを重視して対応しています。
確認は何度でも繰り返し、時には煩わしく思われても必要なチェックは省きません。
6.仕事のやりがい
やりがいを感じる瞬間は、お客様から直接感謝の言葉をいただいたときです。
自分自身の達成感を得られたときや、部下がミスなくタスクをやり遂げた場面にも深い充足感があります。
プロジェクトが形となって現場で成果が見えたとき、仕事の価値を実感します。

社風は若くエネルギッシュで、風通しの良さを感じます。
当社の強みは日本でも数少ないIFSビジネスパートナーである点と、チームワークの良さにあります。

自身の知識や経験を若手に継承することに、注力したいと考えています。
特に精鋭のPMOチームを育成し、組織として安定的に案件を回せる体制を整えたいです。
