Description:
This position is responsible for the formulation of appropriate audit programs for complex and varied global and regional topics. Key responsibilities include assigning and directing internal audit members and/or co-sourcing resources to complete the audit plans as scheduled, generating final audit reports, and conducting thorough follow-up audit work on previously identified issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead complex global and regional projects, including managing the audit process, identifying, developing, and documenting audit issues and recommendations, and communicating results via written reports and oral presentations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IT-related risks and controls to the internal audit team.
- Develop and maintain productive client, staff, and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Provide advice and counsel about recommendations to improve results and/or mitigate risk with management.
- Oversee third-party co-source members supporting the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing IT audit engagements.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO.
- Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and information security principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, or CISSP.
About the Role:
This opportunity is located in the Operational Audit team within the Internal Audit division. You will report into the Operational Audit Senior Business Partner, as part of a global team located all over the world.
