Department Overview:

With the rapid adoption of remote work, digital transformation (DX), and cloud technologies, the team is leading the transition from traditional perimeter-based security to a Zero Trust Security Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Authentication Platform Development:
Design and implement secure authentication solutions, including passwordless authentication, CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management), and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
Initial Focus (First 6–12 Months):
Develop and deploy an independent authentication platform, transitioning from a shared legacy environment.
Lead the enhancement and maintenance of authentication services.
Define service models and features aligned with the latest technology trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align platform strategies with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of authentication technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Identity Providers, SaaS-based tools).
English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 for non-native speakers).
At least one of the following:3+ years of experience in IT product/service planning, development, or operations.
General knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and IP networks.
Ability to research and understand technical documentation in English.
Strong communication and writing skills for team and project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365), Box, or generative AI.
Background in IT service planning, implementation, and maintenance.
Experience in project management and vendor coordination.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
