認定こども園みさきようちえん(学校法人片上学園)は、小規模園の特色を生かし、心豊かに育つようきめ細やかな温かい環境づくりをしています。子どもたちがさまざまな体験をする中で、豊かな心を育て、幼児期にしか得られない経験を大切にしています。

幼児教育・保育の向上を目指し続けて70年。当園では、2019年度新たな体制が始動しました。みさきようちえんに併設開園した 「みさきピッコロ保育園」では、木材をふんだんに使った居心地のよい快適な保育環境が整いました。

通常保育と午後の預かり保育の時間帯の募集(幼稚園教諭または、保育士)をいたします。

新卒・2年目の職員には、歳の近いチューターを配置し、困り事・相談事を丁寧にフォローする体制をつくっています。

勤務時間・曜日:

7:30~19:00の時間内 8時間のシフト制

休日・休暇 週休2日制 (土曜日はシフト制です。その他行事対応あり。)

年間休日 115日以上、初年度有休 10日、夏期休暇 6日、年末年始 6日

徒歩・自転車・公共交通機関(車・バイク通勤は不可)

基本給 :200,000円~

特別勤務手当:37,000円~

処遇改善手当 9,000円~

住宅手当 月額最大69,000円まで補助(補助要件あり)

幼稚園教育を小学校の準備学習ととらえず、人間形成の基礎を育むことを目指しており、園の規模に応じて、きめ細かい保育を心がけています。

勤務時間・曜日:

(月)~(金)の平日

7:30~19:00(時間内8時間のシフト制)

(土)

7:30~16:00(お当番制、年間6回程度)

*土曜保育担当日は1日当たり1万円の手当があります

※そのほか、行事等の場合土曜日出勤あり。日祝休み。長期休業期間あり(夏季、冬季)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥246,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

その他:
