国内最大級ゴルフ場運営会社で魅力あるゴルフ場を作り出すコース管理の業務全般

  • 具体的な仕事内容

ゴルフ場コースの芝や植物の生育・管理を中心に担当していただきます。

その他、砂地(バンカー)の整備や肥料・薬剤の散布なども幅広くお任せいたします。

また、コースメンテナンスだけでなく、他部門と連携しながら機械のメンテナンスや

カート道の整備にも関わっていただきます。

日照時間・気温・降水量などの科学的データに基づき、

常に最適なコースコンディションを提供しています。

多くのスタッフと協働して仕事に取り組むため、

チームワークを重視する気持ちが必要不可欠です。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間

5:00~17:00(実働8時間、休憩90~120分)

*日の出、日の入りによって勤務時間に変動あり

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 27万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 昇給年1回

  • 賞与年2回(7月・12月)

・500万円/30歳(入社5年)
