業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute business strategies for Japan
- Oversee P&L management and business performance in Japan
- Analyze market trends and identify management priorities
- Report major issues and KPIs to HQ in Korea
- Lead the Japanese market entry and expansion efforts
- Develop partnerships with local golf industry stakeholders
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 20+ years in sports industry, including sales and business operations
- Deep understanding of Japanese sports/golf market
- Leadership experience at Director level or above
- Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
