業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute business strategies for Japan
  • Oversee P&L management and business performance in Japan
  • Analyze market trends and identify management priorities
  • Report major issues and KPIs to HQ in Korea
  • Lead the Japanese market entry and expansion efforts
  • Develop partnerships with local golf industry stakeholders

応募資格 / Qualifications:

  • 20+ years in sports industry, including sales and business operations
  • Deep understanding of Japanese sports/golf market
  • Leadership experience at Director level or above
  • Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
