企業が送付したDMに関する問い合わせ窓口

【主な対応内容】

・ 案内状についてのお問い合わせ対応

・ 不備状に関する問い合わせ対応

・ 対応内容のシステム入力・記録

想定されるお問い合わせ例

・DM(案内状)の内容を確認したい

・不備状にどう対応すればいいか知りたい

・記入方法がわからない など

【SV業務の内容】

・朝礼・終礼・定例ミーティングの運営

・オペレーターの対応品質のチェック

・エスカレーション(対応困難な内容)の受け入れ

・人員配置の調整

・業務管理・改善提案

・他部署・管理部門との連携

・クライアント対応、報告書作成 など
