お客様への接客販売を中心に、店舗業務全般をお願いします。
具体的には…
- 接客販売:お客様に寄り添い、最適な商品のご提案、コーディネートのご提案などを
行います。お客様とのコミュニケーションを大切に、一人ひとりに合ったサービスを
提供してください。
商品陳列:魅力的な商品ディスプレイを通して、お店の雰囲気づくりにも貢献できます。季節感やトレンドを意識した、洗練された陳列で、お客様を惹きつけましょう。
在庫管理:商品の在庫管理、発注業務などもお願いします。
正確な管理を行うことで、スムーズな販売業務をサポートします。
- その他:レジ業務、清掃、商品整理など、店舗運営に必要な業務全般をお願い
します。チームワークを大切に、協力しながら店舗を運営していきます。

Q.当時、アクトブレーンの求人に応募した理由とよかったと感じたことを教えて下さい
A.最初は正社員の仕事を探していたのですが、
希望のブランドにエントリーするには経験が足りなかったんです。
そんなときにアクトブレーンさんの派遣求人を見つけて、まずはと応募しました。
正社員で探していたことを素直に伝えたところ、
「では一緒に社員化を目指して頑張りましょう」と親身になって下さったのを覚えています。
その後、派遣での勤務を続けブランドから社員化のお話をいただき、
今は目標だった正社員として働いております。

A.自分の目標をコーディネーターさん・営業さんが理解してくれていたので本当によかったです。
派遣は福利厚生が十分でないのでは?と少し心配でしたが、
