当社の開発組織は、定常的にビジネス組織と折衝しながら、事業成長にインパクトのある機能開発を推進しています。そのため、ビジネス側からの依頼をそのまま実装するのではなく、事業・技術の両側面から本質的に解くべき課題を思考・議論・定義した上で、事業成長にインパクトのある機能を実装することが開発組織のメンバーには期待されています。
具体的なお仕事内容としては、既存システムの開発・改善や企画などを幅広く担当していただくフロントエンドとして、以下のような業務に携わっていただきます。
<具体的な仕事内容>
・React/TypeScript/Next.jsを用いた開発・運用とそのサポート
・GraphQL/ApolloClientを用いたバックエンドの連携部分の開発・運用とそのサポート
・Storybookと各種サービスを連携したコンポーネント管理周りの開発・運用とそのサポート
・POやPM・セールスと事業課題の擦り合わせ、及び、要件定義の実施
・バックエンド含むチームメンバーが開発できるようにドキュメントの整備や勉強会の開催
・ビジネス課題チームのフロントエンド開発をリード、およびバックエンドの方針に則ったバックエンド開発
