次の(1)から(7)の条件をすべて満たす方
(1) 博士以上の学位を有するか、あるいは同等以上の実績を有すること(准教授)
(2) 修士の学位を有するか、あるいは同等以上の実績を有すること(講師・助教)
(3) 大学での教育経験を3年以上有すること(准教授・講師)
(4) 小児看護学分野での研究実績を有すること
(5) 小児看護学分野での臨床経験を3年以上有すること
(6) 本学における教育・研究に熱意を有すること
(7) 看護師免許を有する方
