仕事内容:

弊事業所は愛知県名古屋市に拠点を持つ特許事務所です。主に機械・化学・電気の分野に強く、各分野を専門とする弁理士が在籍しています。米国や欧州、アジア圏の国々への出願件数も多く、多種多様な国際経験を積むことが可能です。業務委託の方にも東京や大阪など日本各地からリモートなどで多数参画いただいており、今回は業務拡大に係る募集となります◎

【業務内容】

・国内外の特許権、実用新案権の出願明細作成

・意匠権、商標権の出願及び中間処理や情報提供

・異議申立、各種審判、警告・紛争事件、鑑定等の知的財産に関する業務

◎特許技術者の方は、弁理士の補助業務をお任せします

勤務時間・曜日:

ご自身の裁量で自由に設定いただけます。稼働する曜日や日数に決まりはございません。

案件の期限までにご対応いただければ、特に定めはございません。

在宅の場合:ご自宅等、就業環境を確保できる場所

給与:

業務内容や案件のごとに単価が異なります。目安として1件あたり10万円~が多く、月に希望する案件数や対応範囲によって月収が上下いたします。ご希望は面接時にお伺いさせていただきます。

(例)月に4件担当⇒50万円等
