仕事内容
※熱海、湯河原メインです。移住か通えるかた限定です。
弊社はリゾート地の簡単な業務を請け負い、他社や個人事業主に再委託している仲介業をしています。下記、業務内容です。
(1)契約業務
お掃除やナイトフロント等、簡単な業務を週4前後行います。役員に現状を報告したり、役員が伝言を頼むのでそれを施設や作業員に伝えてください。
(2)お客様窓口
契約先からの電話に対し、各関係者から回答をもらい伝えます。伝言役です。休日設定して電話しないようにするのもありですが急ぎの連絡もあります。(今日だれも来てないんだけど?とか)
(3)お遣い
業者に手配したり、一緒に買い物したり・・・いろいろです。
(4)運営
沼津に冒険者ギルドカフェをオープン予定なのでその店番もしてもらうかもしれません。
レイアウトやメニュー一緒に考えたりもありです。
完全週休2日+日々の電話対応もあるので1日休日を付与します。
とりあえず月18日くらい契約業務をして、あとは社長や副社長と一緒に行動しましょう。
そのうち会社のためにどう動いたらいいのかわかってくると思うので、しばらくは遊び感覚でOKです。
