As a lead of solution-based proposal, you will be responsible for analyzing the customer and partners needs and manager
relationships.

What you will do for JPAC
・As the team lead of the product management team, I managed product strategy and feature requests from the field.
・Negotiate with the R&D and service product management teams to adjust requirements to meet the Japan and APAC
market requirements.
・Represented as speakers on product vision, strategy, and tactics to sales, SE, and customers.
・Managed quality of work for team members and escalated issues to the reporting manager.
・Coaching members for skill up and career development
What we look for
・Bachelor's degree
・Ten or more years of experience as product management.
・Five or more years of work experience working with overseas organizations.
・Five or more years of management experience for five people
・Understand a broad range of cybersecurity technologies and be able to present them in Japanese and English to customers and
partners.
・Excellent skill in presentation and documentation in English.
