業務内容


急成長中の自社ブランド「X-PLOSION」を支える「攻めと守りを両立する法務」ポジションの募集です。

事業スピードが速い環境の中で、契約法務を軸にリスク管理体制の強化、社内ルールの整備など、企業運営の中核領域に広く関わっていただきます。

顧問弁護士・社労士と連携しつつ、経営層や事業部門と直接コミュニケーションしながら"企業を前進させる法務"を実現できます。

【主な業務内容】

・契約書の作成・レビュー(製造委託、OEM、取引基本契約、NDA 等)

・契約書の管理、更新フローの整備

・顧問弁護士・社労士との折衝、相談対応

・社内規程/ガイドラインの策定・更新

・コンプライアンス体制の構築・運用

・労務に関する法務サポート(制度整備、チェック体制強化 など)
