職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 【役割】

Microsoftソリューションを中心に、生成AIやAIエージェントなどの最先端テクノロジーを駆使し、ワークスタイル変革や業務のオートメーション化をグローバルで支援します。これにより、クライアントのコーポレートレベルのデジタル・トランスフォーメーションを支援し、企業が掲げる社会課題や企業課題を解決することがミッションです。

【担当業界】

業種業界を問わず、金融・製造・メディア/テクノロジー・医療・ヘルスケア・官公庁など幅広く携わることが可能です。また、クロスボーダー案件にも携わる機会も増えています。

【具体的なプロジェクト/主なサービスメニュー】

・企業が抱える経営・業務課題の解決や環境変化への対応、持続的成長に向けて、構想策定から定着まで一貫したサービス

・コミュニケーション基盤の「Microsoft 365」や生成AI(Copilot/Open AI)などを活用した従業員エクスペリエンス・エンゲージメントの向上

・ビジネスアプリケーション(CRM、ERP)による業務効率化/高度化、グローバルレベルでの情報共有・データドリブン経営の実現

・ローコードツール(Power Platform)を活用した企業ITシステムの高速開発

・インフラ基盤のクラウド化(Azure)やセキュリティ対策、認証基盤(Active Directory/Entra ID)のグローバル統合、クラウド移行

・PwCのグローバルネットワークを活用することによる、海外現地法人への導入サービス

・実施中のプロジェクトに対するレビュー、導入済のシステムの導入効果測定

【人員構成】

中途入社者80%、コンサル未経験から入社した社員60%、女性メンバー30%程、外国籍メンバー15%強と、非常に多様性に富んだチームです。

■望ましい経験

・構想策定などの上流工程から実装におけるプロジェクトリード・マネジメント・エンジニアリング経験

・Microsoft Power Platformや他ローコードツールを用いたDX経験

・Microsoft M365や他グループウエアを用いたワークスタイル変革経験

・Microsoft D365や他ビジネスアプリケーションの導入経験

・MS Security Suiteや他セキュリティスイートを用いたゼロトラストアーキテクチャの設計・構築経験

・MS Azure AI Foundryや他AI開発プラットフォームを用いた生成AIモデルの設計・実装およびDX経験

・AIエージェントを活用した自動化ソリューションの設計・実装およびDX経験

■望ましいスキルと志向

・クラウドサービスおよびテクノロジーに関する深い知識 (Microsoft/Amazon/Google等の知見)

・生成AIやAIエージェントなどの将来の技術動向に対する洞察力

・ビジネス戦略とITアーキテクチャー要件をつなぐビジネスとIT双方への理解

・上記アーキテクチャ構成要素の選定、設計、導入を支援できる技術的専門性
