  • ITツール管理画面内の操作
  • 公式LINEを使った事務代行作業
  • エクセルでの資料作り
  • メディア執筆(WEBメディアの記事更新)
  • レポート作成作業
  • WEBデザイン、簡単なコーディング作業など

パソコンを使った様々なお仕事を請け負っているためITやパソコンに詳しい方は、特に優遇します

主な業務内容

  • 建築関連書類の作成・管理
  • チャットツールを使用したやり取り
  • Excel等を使用した各種事務作業

(現場状況の把握、内容整理、関係者とのやり取り 等)

建築事務やその他IT事務作業は、状況を整理し、先を読んで判断する力が求められます。

単純作業もありますが、単純なルーティンワークではなく、考えながら進める事務業務が中心です。
