【仕事内容】

ジョインするタイミングでは、特定の事業セグメント/組織をマネジメントいただき、執行領域を担っていただく、など選考プロセスにおいてジョイン時での条件を決定できればと考えています。

【具体的には】

■事業統括として管掌領域の事業拡大に係る業務リード

■中長期の事業戦略立案・実行、予実管理、各種KPIのモニタリング

■経営トップおよび他役員との連携による経営意思決定の補佐

■組織マネジメントおよび人材育成

■上場企業またはその子会社でのCxO、執行役員、取締役等、要職の経験
