Q. どんな施設で働きますか?

A. 1949年創業の地域密着企業で、神奈川県や川崎市の社会インフラ整備を中心に手がける安定した建設会社です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 道路、橋梁、公園、上下水道などの施工管理が中心で、施工計画作成から工程・安全・原価・品質管理、測量、図面作成まで幅広く担当します。

Q. 転勤や出張はありますか?

A. 現場の約8割が川崎市内のため、転勤や宿泊を伴う出張は一切ありません。社用車での直行直帰も可能です。

・学歴不問、ブランクがある方も歓迎(施工経験の期間やブランク期間は問いません)

・1級土木施工管理技士(補)または2級土木施工管理技士(補)をお持ちの方歓迎

・資格がなくても、土木工事の現場経験がある方は歓迎します

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・責任感が強く、チームでの円滑な仕事進行のためにコミュニケーション能力や協調性を大切にできる方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

・現場への直行直帰スタイルです。

・基本給:月給 40万円 〜 70万円(固定残業代なし)

※固定残業代は職務経歴、能力、配置職務等により異なります。

・給与は面接時に経験・能力・資格等を踏まえて相談の上決定します。

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回

・各種手当:資格手当、役付手当、勤続手当、時間外手当、現場手当、通勤手当

・年収例:

30歳代(有資格者):500万円~800万円

40歳代(有資格者):700万円~1000万円

50歳代(有資格者の管理職):800〜1200万円
