仕事内容:

大阪市生野区に根差すサービス付き高齢者向け住宅「カーサデルクオーレ北巽」で、利用者様一人ひとりの生活を豊かに彩る主任介護支援専門員(主任ケアマネジャー)を募集します。

ここでは、利用者様が長年育んでこられたご自宅での暮らしの記憶や、その時々の心身の状態に寄り添い、個別性の高いケアプランを作成することが、日々の仕事の中心です。関係機関との連携はもちろん、ご家族様との丁寧なコミュニケーションを通じて、厚い信頼関係を築くことが何より大切になります。

経験豊富な先輩ケアマネジャーがチームとして支え合い、連携しながら質の高いサービス提供を目指しています。日勤のみの勤務で、プライベートとの両立もしっかり図れます。専門職としてのスキルアップを実感しながら、高齢者の皆様の笑顔に直接触れられる、この上ないやりがいを、ぜひ私たちと共に感じてみませんか。ご応募を心よりお待ちしております。
