「【PROEVER】マーケティングリーダー候補」のポジションの求人です

【PROEVERとは】

MSOLがプロジェクトマネジメント専門会社として培ってきたノウハウと経験を結集し、「プロジェクトマネジメントプラットフォーム」としてSaaS展開しているのが PROEVER です。プロジェクトデータを一元的に集約し、AI技術も活用することで、マネジメント層の意思決定を支援し、プロジェクトの成功とプロジェクトマネジメント成熟度の向上を実現します。

主なお客さまは、全社横断で多数のプロジェクトを推進するマネジメント層(PM含む)です。プロジェクトの状況をリアルタイムかつ正確に把握し、迅速な意思決定が可能になります。一般的なPMツールがタスクや課題管理に主眼を置くのに対し、PROEVERは複数プロジェクトを俯瞰的・横断的に可視化できる点を大きな特長としています。

・グローバルブランド戦略とコアメッセージの設計/発信

・オンライン/オフライン統合によるリード創出施策の企画/運用

・国内/海外メディアPRと国際イベントの計画/実行

・パートナー共創マーケティングとクラウドマーケットプレイス施策の推進

・Webサイト/コンテンツ/SNS/ウェビナーの編集統括と効果測定

・マーケティング組織の採用/育成/体制設計

【募集背景/人数体制】

■募集背景

MSOLは、2030年に向けた中期経営計画「Beyond1000」を発表し、その重点戦略の一つとしてPROEVER事業を位置付けています。2025年には現行プロダクトを刷新した新バージョンのβ版をリリースし、既存顧客からのフィードバックを反映。2026年より正式版の提供を開始しました。

現在は事業拡大フェーズにあり、顧客対応からプロダクト開発まで、全体的な体制強化を進めています。MSOL共通の価値観である「自律的に考え、行動できる人財」とともに、PROEVER事業をさらに成長させていきたいと考えています

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・BtoBにおけるマーケティング実務経験(5年以上/ソフトウェアやSaaS関連の尚可)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

【歓迎要件】

・広報/PR経験やメディアリレーション構築経験

・コミュニティマーケティングの実務経験

・海外SaaS企業での業務経験

・AI関連の基本的な知識/経験又は強い興味

・大型プロジェクト(目安規模は全体人数50名前後以上)のマネジメント経

【給与】

年収 650 万円 ~
