仕事概要

  • 弊社のブランドマーケティングを統括し、ブランドが"長く選ばれ続ける"ための戦略を導くポジションです。 インフルエンサーの特徴・競合優位性・市場動向・フォロワー情報などを踏まえ、ブランド価値を持続的に高める戦略の立案から、 クリエイティブ制作・プロモーション施策の実行までを一貫して担っていただきます。 まずはプレイングマネージャーとして現場をリードし、ブランド成長を推進していただくことを期待しています。 業務内容 ・ブランド戦略の策定・実行 ・プロモーション施策の策定・実行 ・インサイト分析・競合分析・市場調査 ・ブランド毎のP/L、ROI管理 ・チームビルディング及びマネジメント ポジションの魅力 CORESの成長を牽引できる中核ポジションです。 インフルエンサーという消費者の代表者と協働しながら、D2Cならではの環境で市場に直接アプローチできるため、 自ら立てた仮説や戦略の成果をダイレクトに実感できます。 前例踏襲にとらわれない、クリエイティブな発想を活かし、長く選ばれ続けるブランドの成長を築くことができるポジションです。

必須スキル


※いずれも事業会社におけるご経験 ・ブランドマネージャーやプロダクトマネージャーのご経験を持ちの方 ・ブランドマーケティングやプロダクトマーケティングのご経験を5年以上お持ちの方 ・ブランドグロースを戦略から実行までリードした経験をお持ちの方 ・プロモーション企画を投じて収益を最大化した実績をお持ちの方

応募概要


給与

  • 想定年収:600~800万 ※年収金額は選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。 月給:44万円~60万円 ※別途賞与支給 残業手当:有(残業時間に応じて別途支給) 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給 昇給(年2回/6月・12月) 賞与(年2回/6月・12月)※雇用後半年以上が対象
