仕事内容


栗山公園 および、なかよし動物園の管理・運営スタッフとして、公園全体の維持管理・運営業務を行っていただきます。

【主な業務内容】

  • 動物管理(必須業務)

・動物のお世話(清掃・エサやり・健康管理の補助)

  • 公園管理業務

・園内清掃

・草刈り、除草作業

・花壇管理、植栽管理

・簡易的な修繕作業

  • 来園者対応・運営業務

・園内売店での販売・接客

・イベント時の運営補助 など

動物管理業務を中心に、応募者の適性・経験・希望に応じて、

上記業務を組み合わせて担当していただきます。

栗山公園全体の管理・運営に関わるお仕事です。

求めている人材


動物のお世話を中心に、公園全体の運営・管理に関わっていただける方を募集します。

動物が好きで、日々の清掃やエサやりなど、丁寧に取り組める方を歓迎します。

屋外での作業や体を動かす業務もあるため、健康的に働きたい方に向いているお仕事です。

未経験の方でも、先輩スタッフがサポートしながら業務を覚えていただけます。

勤務時間詳細


【勤務時間】

8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

AM勤務:8:00~12:00

※業務内容や季節により、9:00始業、16:00終業となる場合があります。

【勤務日数・シフト】

・週2~4日程度のシフト制

・勤務日数・曜日は希望を考慮し、相談のうえ決定します。

【最低勤務期間】

原則として、3月後半から11月3日の閉園および片付け作業終了まで勤務可能な方を歓迎します。

冬期間は公園休園のため勤務はありません。

契約更新期間:契約期間は、原則として今シーズン(4月中旬~11月上旬)までとなります。

勤務状況や業務習熟度、業務量などを考慮し、次シーズン以降の契約更新を行う場合があります。

休日休暇


【休日・休暇】

シフト制のため、勤務日以外はお休みとなります。

休日は事前に希望を伺い、シフト作成時に相談のうえ決定します。

栗山公園・なかよし動物園の開園期間は、4月29日~11月3日です。

閉園後は片付け作業を行い、シーズン終了となります。

冬期間は公園休園期間のため、原則としてお休みとなります。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1100円 〜

給与は、経験・能力・勤務内容を考慮して決定します。

交通費は規定内で支給します。

試用期間がある場合は、条件に変更はありません。

昇給については、勤務状況や業務習熟度を考慮し、随時見直しを行います。

職場環境


栗山公園および、なかよし動物園内での勤務となります。

屋外作業と屋内作業があり、複数名のスタッフで役割分担をしながら業務を行っています。

動物のお世話や公園管理など、自然に囲まれた環境で体を動かしながら働ける職場です。
