仕事内容:

バックオフィスの事務スタッフとして、オフィス運営を支える業務を担当します。

・データ入力、簡単な資料作成

・社内問い合わせへの対応

・書類の整理やファイリング

・電話・メール対応

・会議準備(資料印刷・備品のセット)

・郵便物の受取・発送

・未経験者向け研修への参加

・ジョブローテーションで他部署業務も理解
