【職務内容】

課題整理~要件定義・設計などをチームメンバーと一緒に行いながら、フロントエンド~バックエンドの領域に携わっていただきます。

【具体的には】

<業務内容の例>

・プロダクトオーナーやUX、QA、他エンジニアメンバーとの要件定義

・実装、コードレビュー、テスト、リリース

・現場観察(直営塾への訪問など)

・生徒インタビュー

・パフォーマンス監視、改善

・開発プロセスの改善

・技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計

経験や志向に合わせて、開発メンバーの成長支援、生産性をあげるための形式知の形成、技術力向上のための仕組み作りなどもお任せします。

【開発環境・技術スタック】

■フロントエンド:TypeScript/Angular/Ionic/React

■バックエンド:Python/Django

■データベース:PostgreSQL

■インフラ:AWS(ECS、RDS Aurora等)

■データ基盤:BigQuery/Streamlit/Looker Studio

■開発ツール:Terraform/Docker/GitHub/CircleCI/Datadog/Playwright

■コミュニケーション:Slack/Jira/Confluence/Miro

■コーディング支援ツール:Cursor/GitHub Copilot/Claude Code/Devin/Takumi

【求める人材】

・Webエンジニアとしての開発経験 5年以上

・Webフロントエンドからバックエンドまでの実装経験

・JavaScript、TypeScriptでの開発経験

・Webアプリケーションフレームワークでの開発経験(Django、 Ruby on Rails、Laravelなど)

・SQLの基本的な知識

【歓迎】

・Web UIフレームワーク/ライブラリでの開発経験(Angular、React、 Vue.jsなど)

・自社サービスでのインフラ設計・開発・運用経験

・自分で1からなにか作り上げた経験(趣味でもOK)

・AIコーディング支援ツールを活用して開発した経験

・自社プロダクトの開発経験・アジャイル開発の経験

【給与】

年収690~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
