【仕事内容】

2007年の設立以来、ホテル事業、飲食事業、住宅事業など、多角的な事業を展開しています。

今回募集するのは、関東圏内に70現場以上展開している屋外トランクルームに関する事務・受付スタッフになります。

~具体的には~

電話受付対応

データ入力などの事務業務

現地コンテナのご案内(社用車使用)

利用・解約手続きなど契約に関わる事務業務 など

~お問い合わせ例~

「来月から借りることができますか?」「料金っていくらですか?」など、

ご連絡いただくお問い合わせのほとんどがQ&Aとしてまとまっているものばかり

もし、イレギュラーのご相談があっても、先輩がすぐにサポートするので安心してください*

~入社後の流れ~

配属先の部署には同じ業務を行っている先輩が2人いるので、

あなたへのフォロー体制は万全

まずは業務の説明を受けながら、先輩と一緒に作業を進めていきます。

データ入力、メール送信、お客様へのご案内など簡単な業務からスタート

「いきなり電話対応だと不安…」という方には、

先輩とあなたでお客様・当社受付役になって、練習を通して少しずつ経験を積んでいきましょう

*現地でのご案内業務は月1~2回程度です。

基本的にはオフィス内でのお仕事となります

要普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方(簡単なデータ入力ができればOK)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

【勤務時間】

9:00~18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

*残業月平均10時間前後

*平日休みたい場合は代休などで調整可

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万700円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
