カスタマーサクセスシニアディレクター 職種詳細

◆
職務概要
コンカージャパンにおけるカスタマーサクセス本部(以下、CS本部)を統括・リードいただきます。

CS本部のミッションは、お客様の価値実現を最大化し、SAP Concurソリューションの継続利用・定着化・拡大を推進することです。

戦略的なアカウントプラン策定から活用促進、課題解決、関係構築、さらには製品・サービスの拡大提案まで、お客様の成功に向けた一連のプロセスをリードします。

本ポジションは、グローバル/コンカージャパンの全体戦略を深く理解した上で、

CS本部の戦略策定と推進、CS本部に所属する複数部門のマネジメントを担当いただきます。

顧客Executive層との強固なリレーションを構築・維持、他Lob(Line of Business)責任者との連携・全体プロセスの最適化を図り、

CS本部およびコンカージャパンの目標実現にコミットいただきます。

◆主な責任領域
1.顧客との信頼関係構築とデータ分析による効率性の向上

  • 経営層・主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築
  • データやツールを活用した利用状況分析、課題管理、改善提案、価値訴求

2.既存顧客への利用促進と拡大

  • お客様のビジネス目標と紐づくアカウント戦略および活用計画(Consumption Plan)の策定
  • サクセスプランの策定と管理(運用定着、利用拡大)
  • お客様の継続利用(Renewal)とビジネス(ARR)創出に向けた施策設計と実行

3.組織マネジメント・人材育成の遂行

  • チームの目標設定、進捗管理、業務遂行の支援
  • メンバー育成、コーチング、パフォーマンスマネジメント
  • 部門戦略に沿った施策立案とリソース管理

4.他部門(グローバルを含む)へのエスカレーションと意思決定

  • 契約関連・プロダクト仕様変更・各種タスクフォースにおける意思決定
  • 問題発生時の迅速なエスカレーション対応と是正アクションの推進

5.会社カルチャーの醸成・変革

必要な経験・スキル
【必須】

・IT業界における以下いずれかの部門で実務経験が10年以上あること

  • カスタマーサクセス部門
  • 法人営業部門
  • コンサルティング部門

・グローバルおよび顧客Executive層(CxO、本部長クラス)とのリレーション構築経験

・顧客対応における各種トラブル発生時、責任者として解決に導いた経験

・組織マネジメント経験

・英語(※読み書きは必須。交渉・調整経験があれば尚可) TOEICスコア700点目安(応相談)
