【仕事内容】
航空機エンジン部品の機械加工等をお願いします
・機械加工(旋削・マシニング加工)
部品を機械にセットして加工し、終わったら取り出して
エアブロー(ドライヤーのような機械)で鉄くずを吹き飛ばします。
・検査前の洗浄作業
・溶接前の化学処理作業
※作業は配属先により異なります
最大20kg以上のものもありますが、
その場合は2人かクレーンを使用して移動。
基本は重いものを持つことはありません資格も不要です

安心してスタートできますよ

【ここがポイント】
- 作業場は静かで、モクモクと作業できる
会話はあいさつ程度。集中して作業に取り組めます
- ある程度慣れたら、1人での作業がメイン
工程はチームでの作業になります
- ライン作業&1日のノルマなし
焦らず自分のペースで作業できます
- 適度に体を動かしながら働ける
基本は立ち作業ですが、
取付位置によって中腰になったり、座り作業もあります
- キレイな工場作業場所も清潔なので快適
すべて室内作業なので、天候に左右されず作業できますよ
- 長期安定派遣先への正社員登用のチャンスあり
- 土日祝休みプライベートも大切にできます
