【仕事内容】

・利用児童の健康チェック(体温・バイタル確認)

・服薬管理や簡単な処置

・発達支援プログラム中の見守り、体調管理

・遊びや学習活動への参加・サポート

・送迎時の付添い、保護者への健康面報告

・記録作成、スタッフ会議への参加

医療行為は少なめで、子ども達の成長を見守りながら支えるお仕事です。

【1日の流れ 例】

13:00 出勤・準備・スタッフ打合せ

14:00 学校からの送迎同行・受け入れ

15:00 健康チェック・服薬確認

15:30 活動プログラム(遊び・学習支援・運動)

16:30 見守り・処置対応・記録記入

17:00 おやつ提供・保護者への報告

18:00 送迎・退所対応

18:30 退勤

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※ 時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください。

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯、夜勤帯・・・などご希望をお聞かせください。
