施工管理職

【業務内容】

建築物または土木構造物における施工管理業務全般をお任せします。

具体的には以下の業務に従事していただきます。

・工程管理:

└工事全体のスケジュール作成、進捗管理、遅延防止策の立案・実行

・品質管理:

└設計図書に基づいた施工品質のチェック、検査、品質向上のための指導

・安全管理:

└現場の安全パトロール、危険箇所の是正、安全衛生計画の策定・実行、事故防止対策

・原価管理:

└予算管理、資材・人員コストの最適化、実行予算との差異分析

・協力会社との調整:

└会社との打ち合わせ、指示、作業調整

・書類作成:

└施工計画書、各種報告書、写真整理などの作成
