テックリードとして、新規で立ち上げているプロダクトの開発を推進していただきます。
新機能の設計から技術選定、実装、開発者体験の向上といったプロダクトをデリバリーするための開発サイクル全体の業務を広範にご担当いただきます。
【具体的な業務】
・自社のプロダクトの設計、開発、運用
・プロダクトに必要な新しい技術の調査、検証、意思決定
・プロダクトが成長する過程で問題となるシステムのスケーラビリティ、パフォーマンス、安定性を向上させる設計、開発、運用
・開発チームメンバーの技術レベルの底上げ

【求める人材】
<必須スキル>
・Webサービスの構築・運用経験(言語不問)
・パブリッククラウド(AWS,GCP,Azure等)上のインフラ設計・構築・運用経験
・TCP/IP、HTTP等、ネットワークプロトコルに関する基本的な知識
・Linuxサーバにおける構築・運用経験
<歓迎スキル>
・次のうち、いずれかのプログラミング言語を用いたプロダクトの開発経験(Ruby/Go/Python/JavaScript/TypeScript)
・GCPを利用したプロダクトの設計・開発経験
・Terraformを利用したシステム構築・運用経験
・Github Actionsを用いたCI/CDパイプラインの構築経験
・GCP Monitoringを利用したモニタリング基盤の構築経験
・dbt, BigQueryを用いたデータ基盤の構築経験
・コンテナ、Microservicesに関する知識、運用経験
・プロダクトをビジネス的に成長させるための施策企画、提案、実施経験
・開発リーダーとしての経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
