We are seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for maintenance, inspection, and repair of dental treatment equipment within Tokyo-based dental clinics.
・ Field support operations, equipment inspection, and repair response as a Field Service Engineer
・ Providing explanations to clients, presenting estimates, and conducting price negotiations
・ Products Handled
Our company's dental equipment (dental treatment units, sterilizers, etc.)
Connecting third-party products within the clinic's LAN equipment and system networks
・Technical services at client sites, including product installation and post-installation repairs
・Scheduled inspection visits for products
※Primary clients:
Dentists and dental clinic staff
Required Qualifications (Field Service Engineer)
Willingness to learn
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment/devices, and identify root causes
Manual dexterity and attention to detail sufficient for part replacement and adjustments
Appropriate external and internal communication (content, expression, timing)
Attention to manners and professional attire
Proficiency in operating internal systems (Salesforce)
Valid standard driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience maintaining IT equipment or knowledge of PC troubleshooting
Technical experience in maintenance/service of dental imaging equipment or general medical imaging equipment (hardware/software)
Medical equipment engineer certification (X-ray Supervisor, Medical Equipment Repair Responsible Engineer - Class 1, 3, or 7)
IT-related certifications (IT Passport, Fundamental Information Technology Engineer, etc.)
Ability to read and write emails in English
