Responsibilities:
Manage network, security, and cloud environments (M365, Entra ID)
Coordinate and test IT change operations
Investigate incidents and escalate to German HQ or Japanese vendors
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Manage servers (Linux/Windows), virtualization (VMware), storage, and backups
Handle system hardening, patch management, and IT asset configuration
Prepare documentation and participate in meetings with HQ
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Wide area of IT infrastructure expertise including Linux server, M365, storage backup
At least 1 or 2 team leading experience
Great communication skills and conflict management
Japanese - Fluent (JLPT1 or above) / English - Advanced
