【仕事内容】
Japan/ASEANリージョンにおける⾃動⾞業界向け電⼦部品製造、主にコネクターの端子に対するMold技術に関連する金型、成型設備とその周辺機器の開発業務全般。
関連部門と連携しながら最適な製造工程を提案し、生産開始までの生産工程開発業務全般。
・ 新製品開発案件で、新規射出成型用金型、成型機及び周辺機器の提案、見積り
・ 射出成型用金型、周辺機器の新規立ち上げ及び工場への設置
・ 顧客開発イベント用のサンプル作成及び品質確認
・ 既存製品に対するコスト低減活動
・ 将来に対する成型及び金型技術の立案、先行開発
・ 海外拠点との技術交

What your background should look like
・ 学歴:卒以上、経験次第で高卒も可
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 目安TOEIC500点程度 ※取引先を含む海外拠点とメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。
中国語 - 日常会話レベルであれば優遇)
・ CADスキル:3D CAD使用経験 Creoを使えれば尚可
・ PCスキル:Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須
【必須業務経験】
・ 新製品開発向けで射出成型用金型の仕様作成、開発業務の経験(3年以上)をお持ちの方
・ 社内、社外のコスト(材料単価、一つの単価)及び投資(金型の価格、選定)分析が出来る方(海外とのやり取りの経験をお持ちなら尚可(海外からの見積))(ソフト指定なし)
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉や調整でのコミュニケーションに自信のある方
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ サプライヤー管理の経験をお持ちの方

・ 自動車業界または車載電子部品メーカー(Tier1,2)にて製品開発業務のご経験をお持ちの⽅
・ 業界を問わずコネクタメーカーもしくは成型加工メーカーでのご経験をお持ちの方
・ インサート成型用金型及び周辺機器の開発経験をお持ちの方
・ Creo 3D CADの使用経験をお持ちの方
・ 樹脂流動解析ソフトの使用経験をお持ちの方
・ 海外とのコミュニケーションが取れる方
・ 将来Management志望の方
